MAC'S BURGER OF THE MONTH:  Blue Cheese Peppercorn Pig Mac

​Fresh cut and ground pork shoulder seasoned with minced garlic, kosher salt, and pepper, folded with blue cheese crumbles, hand formed, and topped with cracked black peppercorns.  Grilled to just done and finished on a sour dough bun with aioli mayonnaise, crispy green leaf lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onion, and bacon.  Served with a side of cajun potato chips.  $15.50
