TILAPIA PICCATA

A fresh filet of tilapia simmered in a white wine sauce with fresh garlic, tomatoes, and capers.  Served over angel hair past, garnished with Parmesan cheese and a slice of garlic toast.  $15.50


ASIAGO BACON WRAPPED FILET MIGNON

A 7-ounce fresh cut filet steak wrapped with apple cider bacon and char-grilled to your liking.  Finished topped with melted asiago cheese and a touch of Modena balsamic reduction sauce.  Served with Mac's roasted red mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetable medley.  $18.50


CHICKEN DIANE 

Fresh-diced chicken breast lightly floured, sautéed in olive oil with fresh sliced mushrooms and finished in a zesty garlic sauce.  Served over angel hair pasta and garnished with fresh scallions and a slice of garlic toast.  $15.50


THE HOLY GUACAMOLE BURGER
Mac’s fresh ground 8-ounce steak patty lightly seasoned with our southwest seasonings and char-grilled to your liking.  Topped with a roasted green chile, melted pepper jack cheese, and apple cider bacon.  Finished on a brioche bun with homemade guacamole, pico de gallo, and a cilantro mayo.  Served with a side of chipotle sweet potato fries.  $15.50
