ASIAGO CRUSTED PORK CHOPS
Two fresh hand-cut boneless center-cut pork chops lightly seasoned, crusted with Asiago cheese, seared to just done, and finished with a touch of balsamic reduction.  Served with mac’s garlic mashed potatoes and fresh grilled asparagus.  $16.50

BAKED TILAPIA BASIL POMODORO
An 8-ounce filet of tilapia lightly seasoned, topped with tomato slices and fresh chopped basil, and baked to perfection.  Finished with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and a touch of olive oil.  Served with house rice pilaf and fresh grilled asparagus.  $15.5

SOUTHWEST NEW YORK STRIP STEAK
A fresh hand-cut 7-ounce strip steak lightly seasoned with Mac’s chipotle seasoning and grilled to your liking.  Finished topped with roasted green chile, pepper jack cheese, and a touch of cilantro lime crème.  Served with a baked potato and fresh grilled asparagus.  $16.50

GARLIC CHICKEN PENNE
Fresh boneless diced chicken breast lightly floured, sautéed in olive oil with fresh minced garlic, onions, red and green peppers.  Finished in a rich tomato sauce tossed with penne pasta.  Garnished with Parmesan cheese, fresh scallions, and a slice of garlic toast.  $15

THE BACON BUFFALO BURGER
Mac’s fresh ground steak patty marinated in our house buffalo sauce char-grilled to your liking.  Topped with melted blue cheese crumbles and apple cider bacon.  Finished on a brioche bun with blue cheese dressing, shredded lettuce, and sliced tomatoes.  Served with a side of homemade sour cream and onion chips.  $15
